Volunteer Forms

Online Volunteer OC Volunteer application - Required to volunteer with band.  Use the online webform to submit a criminal history check. The online process is secure, and only authorized district staff will see the results.

Please Note:  For overnight trips the Back Ground Check and FINGER PRINTING are required.  Must be approved to attend trips.
